SaaS Content Writer
I create content for B2B/SaaS brands that has helped companies:
-
Get more sales, signups, and demo requests from their content.
-
Appear on search results for high-value keywords (which are not necessarily high-traffic keywords).
-
Appear in AI conversations when people ask LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude questions.
-
Increase customer trust and loyalty by providing helpful content that solves their pain points.
-
Increase blog conversion rates by creating content designed specifically to optimize for conversion, instead of just traffic.

In the age of AI, owning your content is more important than ever
Here's how content contributes to your marketing efforts
Product features
Product pages are not enough to talk about all your product features in detail. Blog content lets you talk about your product in detail and target customers more precisely.
Solve pain points
Using targeted content, you can address specific pain points your potential customers experience and how your product solves them. Pain point content is a great way to target high-value keywords.
Value propositions
What makes your product special, useful, or different? Use content to talk about your product's value props, benefits and use cases. No one else will do it for you.
Product differentiation
How is your product different from others like it? Potential customers are constantly comparing their options. Use content to convince them why your product is better and more suited to their needs.
My Process
For SaaS content to convert well, it needs to solve customer pain points, demonstrate subject matter expertise, and be well written (clarity, structure, and flow).
Here's the process I use to craft blog posts for SaaS brands.
-
Request an initial brief from your marketing/content team. The brief does not need to be super detailed; it just needs to provide the topic, keyword, and brand voice guidelines. I can also assist in coming up with a suitable topic and keyword.
-
Do the initial research to become familiar with the industry niche and your particular product. I may request access to a demo.
-
Request an interview with an internal subject matter expert to better understand the topic.
-
Write and submit the first draft.
-
Go through two rounds of feedback to achieve the final draft.
